1) Step left foot to a right back stance 90° to the left and left ridge hand block.
2) Pick up left foot and front kick.
3) Land left foot and step forward with right foot to a left cat stance and right upward pressing block.
4) Pick up right foot and turn right 180° to a left back stance and right ridge hand block.
5) Pick up the right foot and front kick.
6) Land right foot and step forward with left foot to a right cat stance and left upward pressing block.
7) Pick up left foot, turn left 90°, land in right back stance and double knifehand block.
8) Pick up left foot and shift it to a left front stance and right upward elbow.
9) Move right foot forward to to a left backstance and double knifehand block.
10) Pick up right foot and shift it to a right front stance and left upward elbow.
11) Step left foot forward to left front stance, twin punch high.
12) Step right foot forward to a right front stance, twin Iow upset punch. Kihap.
13) Pick up left foot and pivot 180° left to a left front stance and high 'X' block.
14) Pick up left foot, turn 90° left to a right back stance and left backfist.
15) Pull left hand down and twist in a grip breaking motion.
16) Pick up left foot and shift to left front stance and right punch.
17) Step left foot to right foot, turn 180° right, step right foot to left back stance and right backfist.
18) Pull right hand down and twist in a grip breaking motion.
19) Pick up right foot and shift to right front stance and left punch.
20) Step right foot back to left foot, turn left 90°, step into a left front stance and left sahn soo.
21) Move left foot back to right back stance and left punch.
22) Pick up right foot and turn side kick with right foot.
23) Land right leg in right front stance and sahn soo.
24) Move right foot back to left back stance and right punch.
25) Pick up left foot and turn side kick with left foot.
26) Land left foot in right back stance and double fist guarding block.
27) Shift left foot to a left front stance and open the mouth of the tiger (left upward pressing block, right
downward pressing block, the front foot hand always moves up).
28) Pick up right foot and land in left back stance and double fist guarding block.
29) Shift right foot to a right front stance and open the mouth of the tiger (right upward pressing block,
left downward pressing block, the front foot hand always moves up).
30) Pick up left foot, turn left 90°, land in a parallel stance with left arm pulling to the side and right
hooking punch stopping at chest level.
31) Move right foot forward to a left back stance and pole block.
32) Step right foot back to left, turn left 180°, step left foot to right back stance and pole block.
