Chung-Mu

1) Turn 90 degrees to the left with left leg to 9:00, and execute left outside middle block and right knifehand high block simultaneously with left backstance.
2) Move forward with right leg, and execute left knifehand high block, and right knifehand strike to the neck area simultaneously with right front stance.
3) Turn 180 degrees to the right with right leg to 3:00, and execute right knifehand guarding block with right backstance.
4) Move forward with left leg, and execute left high fingertip with left front stance.
5) Turn 90 degrees to the left with left leg to 12:00, and execute left knifehand guarding block with left backstance.
6) Turn 180 degrees to the right to 6:00, and execute right forearm guarding block with right shin-block stance.
7) Execute right side kick. Turn 180 degrees to the left to 12:00, and execute left knifehand guarding block with left backstance.
8) Move half step forward with right leg, then jump off with right leg, and execute right jumping side kick. Land with right knifehand guarding block with right backstance.
9) Turn 270 degrees to the left with left leg to 3:00, and execute knifehand down block with left backstance.
10) Adjust to left front stance, and execute two-handed head grab.
11) Execute right knee strike to the face, and turn 180 degrees to the left with left leg to 9:00, and execute right ridge hand strike to the temple with left front stance.
12) Execute right side kick, and left back kick, and execute right forearm guarding block with right backstance facing 3:00.
13) Execute left turning kick, and turn to the right to 12:00. Execute right stick block with right backstance.
14) Jump 360 degrees to the left, and land with right backstance with right low knifehand guarding block.
15) Move forward with left leg, and execute right low fingertip (left hand pulling in) with left front stance.
16) Move backward a half step with both feet, and execute right backfist, and left down block simultaneously with left backstance.
17) Move forward with right leg, and execute right fingertip with right front stance.
18) Turn 360 degrees to the left with left leg, and execute right outer middle block with sitting stance. Execute right backfist to the temple facing 9:00.
19) Execute right side kick, and left side kick towards 3:00, and land facing 3:00. Execute knifehand middle X-block with right backstance.
20) Move forward with left leg, and execute double open hand uppercut with left front stance.
21) Perform ITF turnaround to 9:00, and execute right high block with right front stance. Follow with left high punch, and yell.
