Do-San

1) Pick up left foot and turn left 90° to a left front stance and left outer forearm block.
2) Without moving feet, right punch (chest level).
3) Pick up left foot and turn right 90° to a wide Joon-Bee stance (hands chamberlng for block). Immediately pick up right foot and turn right another 90° to a right front stance and right outer forearm block.
4) Without moving feet, left punch (chest level).
5) Pick up left foot to a right back stance facing left 90° and double knifehand guarding block.
6) Step right foot to a right front stance and left downward pressing block with fight spearfinger. Kihap.
7) Pick up left foot and turn left 90° to a closed parallel stance and break with right hand. Pick up left foot and turn left 270° to a left front stance and left backfist (temple).
8) Step right foot to a right front stance and right backfist (temple).
9) Pick up left foot and turn left 270° to a left front stance and left outer forearm block.
10) Without moving feet, right punch (chest level).
11) Pick up left foot and turn right 90° to a wide Joon-Bee stance (hands chamberlng for block). Immediately pick up right foot and turn right another 90° to a right front stance and right outer forearm block.
12) Without moving feet, left punch (chest level).
13) Pick up left foot and turn left 45° left of center to a narrow left front stance and double outer forearm block.
14) Right front kick and land in a right front stance.
15) Without moving feet, right punch (chest level).
16) Without moving feet, left punch (chest level).
17) Pick up right foot and turn right 90° to a narrow right front stance and double outer forearm block.
18) Left front kick and land in a left front stance.
19) Without moving feet, left punch (chest level).
20) Without moving feet, right punch (chest level).
21) Pick up left foot and tum left back to center to a left front stance and left high block.
22) Step right foot to right front stance and right high block. Kihap.
23) Pick up left foot and turn left 270° to a middle stance and left knifehand strike.
24) Step left foot to right foot, then right foot to middle stance and right knifehand strike.
