1) Step left foot to a middle stance and left palm heel block to center.
2) Without moving feet, right punch.
3) Without moving feet, left punch.
4) Move right foot back to left back stance 90° to the right and square block to the right.
5) Without moving feet, pull right hand to left shoulder and left upset punch (chin) to the right.
6) Shift right foot to left fixed stance and right punch to the right.
7) Pull right foot to left foot in standing 'L' stance and right downward knifehand (clavicle level).
8) Step left foot forward to left front stance and left punch.
9) Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a left front stance and left low block.
10) Step right foot forward to right front stance and right punch.
11) Move left foot to right foot, grab right fist with left hand, pull right knee up and right side kick while
pulling arms into the body.
12) Land right foot in left backstance and right knifehand strike.
13) Step left foot forward to left front stance and left punch.
14) Step right foot forward to a right front stance and right punch. Kihap.
15) Pick up left foot, turn left 270° to a right back stance and double knifehand block.
16) Step right foot forward to right front stance and left downward pressing block with right spearfinger.
17) Pick up right foot and pivot left 180° to right backstance and double knifehand block.
18) Right turning round kick with the ball of the foot at face level.
19) Left turning round kick with the ball of the foot (at face level), landing in right back stance and double
knifehand guarding block.
20) Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a left front stance and left low block.
21) Shift left foot right to a right back stance and right reverse punch 45° to the side.
22) Step right foot forward to a left back stance and left reverse punch 45° to the side.
23) Step left foot forward to a right back stance and right reverse punch 45° to the side.
24) Shift left foot to the left to a left front stance and low X block.
25) Step right foot forward and turn the body left 180° to a right backstance and right elbow behind
(use left elbow as reaction force). Kihap.
26) Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a parallel stance with a right inner forearm block and left low block.
27) Without moving feet, left inner forearm block and right low block.
28) Step left foot forward to a right back stance and double knifehand block.
29) Step left foot to right foot, turn right 180°, step right foot to a left back stance and double knifehand
block.
