Joon-bee position: Heaven hands. Feet are in standard choon-bee position and the fingers are together with the forefingers and thumbtips touching, creating a triangle which is extended slightly above eye level.
1) Pick left foot up and double downward knifehand strikes (Kihap), bring left foot to right foot and hands move slowly to B postition.
2) Step left foot forward to a left front stance and right upset punch.
3) Step right foot forward to a right front stance and left upset punch.
4) Step left foot in front of right foot (right 45°) and step right foot to a right front stance and right hook block.
5) Step right foot behind to a right back stance and double low knifehand block.
6) Step right foot in front of left foot (left 45°) and left foot steps to a left front stance left hook block.
7) Step left foot behind to a left back stance and double low knifehand block.
8) Step left foot forward to a right cat stance and double knifehand block.
9) Step right foot forward to a left cat stance and double fist guarding block.
10) Step left foot slightly in front of right foot, turn right 180° and step right foot behind to a left front stance with a right upward pressing block.
11) Step right foot forward to a right front stance and left upward pressing block.
12) Pick left foot up and slow double downward knifehand to a right knifehand strike to the left hand in front of the groin, left foot stomping next to right (Kihap).
13) Look left 90° and bring hands to a double fist guarding block and left low side kick.
14) Left middle side kick.
15) Land left foot in right back stance and right reverse knifehand, pulling left fist to right shoulder.
16) Pull left foot back to parallel stance and left downward hammerfist.
17) Look right 180° and bring hands to a double fist guarding block and right low side kick.
18) Right middle side kick.
19) Land right foot in a left back stance and left reverse knifehand, pulling right fist to left shoulder.
20) Pull right foot back to parallel stance and right downward hammerfist.
21) Step left foot 90° left to a left front stance and double pressing block, left up, right down.
22) Step right foot forward to a right front stance and double pressing block, right up, left down.
23) Pick up right foot, turn right 180° to a middle stance and right backfist (Kihap).
24) Pick up right foot, turn right 90° to a right front stance and right sahn soo.
25) Hopping the stance backward one foot length, left low block and right inner forearm block.
26) Shift the front foot forward to a deep front stance and right slow horizontal spearfinger.
27) Pick up left foot, turn left 180° to a middle stance and left backfist (Kihap).
28) Pick up left foot, turn left 90° to a left front stance and left sahn soo.
29) Hopping the stance backward one foot length, right low block and left inner forearm block.
30) Shift the front foot forward to a deep front stance and left slow horizontal spearfinger.
31) Step right foot forward to a right stomping front stance and twin punch (high).
32) Pick up the left foot and turn left 90° to a left stomping front stance and twin upset punch.
33) Right front kick (high).
34) Land right foot next to left foot, turn right 180° and step left foot backwards to a left back stance and double knifehand block.
35) Step left foot forward to a left front stance and left punch.
36) Step right foot forward to a stomping right front stance and twin upset punch.
37) Left front kick.
38) Land left foot next to right foot, turn left 180° and step right foot backwards to a right back stance and double knifehand block.
39) Step right foot forward to a right front stance and right punch.
