Ready Position facing 12 O'clock
1) Turn left 90 degrees pivoting on right foot, and move into left forward
stance while executing low block with left hand.
2) Keep right foot in place, pull left foot back into an ease stance
while turning your upper body slightly to the left while executing a left
hammer fist.
3) Keep left foot in place, move right foot into right forward stance while
executing a middle section straight punch with right fist.
4) Pivot on left foot, turn right 180 degrees moving the right foot into a
right forward stance while executing a low block with the right hand.
5) Keep the left foot in place, pull the right foot into an ease stance
while turning the upper body slightly right while executing a hammer fist with
the right hand.
6) Keep the right foot in place, move left foot into left forward stance while
executing middle section straight punch with left fist.
7) Pivot on right foot, turn left 90 degrees moving left foot into right back
stance while executing left double knifehand middle section block.
8) Keep left foot in place, move right foot into right forward stance while
executing a kwansu with right hand (open left hand palm downward, fingertip
strike with right hand).
9) Twist upper body to the left, pull back right hand to lower right side of
back. Pivot on right foot, twist back 180 degrees, move left foot forward into
right back stance while executing a left backfist.
10) Keep left foot in place, move right foot into right front stance while
executing a right middle section punch. Kihap.
11) Pivot on ball of right foot, turn left 270 degrees by moving left foot
into a right back stance while executing a left outer knifehand strike.
12) Keep right foot in place, move left foot back into a horse stance while
pulling left hand towards chest.
13) Keep right foot in place, move left foot slightly left, still maintaining
a horse stance, and execute left elbow strike.
14) Keep right foot in place, turn left 90 degrees, moving left foot into left
foward stance while executing a left middle section outer block.
15) No stance change, execute a right middle section straight punch.
16) Keep right foot in place, turn right 90 degrees by sliding left foot into
a horse stance. Bring left fist to left side of body while right arm moves
across your chest.
17) Keep left foot in place, turn right 90 degrees, moving right foot into left
back stance while executing right outer knifehand strike.
18) Keep left foot in place, move right foot back into a horse stance while
pulling your right hand back towards your chest.
19) Keep left foot in place, move right foot slightly right, still maintaining
horse stance, and execute right elbow strike.
20) Move right foot into right forward stance while executing right outer middle
block.
21) No stance change, execute left middle section punch.
22) Turn left 90 degrees, returning to a horse stance. Bring right hand to side
of body while left hand moves across the chest.
23) Pivoting on right foot, turn right 90 degrees and lift left foot to right knee
(Right crane stance).
24) Simultaneously execute left middle side kick plus left punch. Drop into left
forward stance and execute right elbow strike to left palm.
25) Turn right 90 degrees by pulling right foot back into a horse stance. Bring
left hand to left side while right arm moves across chest.
26) Lift right foot to left knee (Left crane stance).
27) Simultaneously execute right middle side kick plus right punch. Drop into
right forward stance and execute left elbow strike to right palm.
28) Keep right foot in place, turn left 180 degrees, moving left foot into left
forward stance while executing a middle section inner-to-outer fist block followed
by simultaneous double upper punch to middle.
29) Move right foot into right forward stance while executing middle section
inner-to-outer fist block followed by simultaneous double upper punch to middle.
30) Move left foot forward into right back stance while executing left middle inner
knifehand (looking right at left palm).
31) Keep left foot in place, turn right 180 degrees by moving right foot into horse
stance while executing right elbow strike. Kihap.
32) Keep right foot in place, turn left 90 degrees by moving left foot to right foot.
At chest level, cross open hands together and slowly point them downward with left
hand over right. Halfway down chest, snap hands downward in a V shape(left hand still
over right) over groin.
33) Keep right foot in place, move left foot to left until in horse stance. Bring
elbows up to shoulders, with fingertips almost touching each other and palms down.
34) Slide to the right, still keeping horse stance, and execute left hand punch over
right shoulder.
35) Slide to the left, still keeping horse stance, and execute right hand punch over
left shoulder. Kihap. Move left foot back inwards and return to Joon Bi stance.
