Joon-bee position: Heaven hands. Feet are in standard choon-bee position and the fingers are together with the forefingers and thumbtips touching, creating a triangle which is extended slightly above eye level.

1) Turn left 90° to a right back stance and double fist guarding block.
2) Pick up right foot to left knee, left high upset punch and right punch to chin level.
3) Right side kick to right 180°.
4) Land right foot in middle stance and right knifehand strike.
5) Left hook punch to front of the body.
6) Without moving feet, left low block, right inner forearm block.
7) Without moving feet, right low block, left inner forearm block.
8) Without moving feet, twin inner forearm block.
9) Without moving feet, right elbow behind while left hand covers right fist.
10) Without moving feet, right punch forward with left hand over right arm.
11) Without moving feet, left elbow behind while right hand covers left fist.
12) Without moving feet, right punch to the right side as the left hand punches the same direction.
13) Step left foot in front of right foot to X stance and right hammerfist down (blocking groin) with left fingers striking right forearm.
14) Step right foot forward to left backstance and pole catch (Kihap).
15) Step left foot to right, turn left 90° in a parallel stance and double horizontal elbow slow.
16) Step left foot to the left 90° in a right back stance, left low block, and right backfist behind ear.
17) Step right foot in front of left foot in X stance and left hammerfist to right palm (blocking groin).
18) Step left foot forward to a right back stance and low double ridgehand block.
19) Turn right 180° to a left back stance and double fist guarding block.
20) Pick up left foot to right knee, right high upset punch and left punch to chin level.
21) Left side kick to right 180°.
22) Land left foot in middle stance and left knifehand strike.
23) Right hook punch to front of the body.
24) Without moving feet, right low block, left inner forearm block.
25) Without moving feet, left low block, right inner forearm block.
26) Without moving feet, twin inner forearm block.
27) Without moving feet, left elbow behind while right hand covers left fist.
28) Without moving feet, left punch forward with right hand over left arm.
29) Without moving feet, right elbow behind while left hand covers right fist.
30) Without moving feet, left punch to the left side as the right hand punches the same direction.
31) Step right foot in front of left foot to X stance and left hammerfist down (blocking groin) with right fingers striking left forearm.
32) Step left foot forward to right backstance and pole catch (Kihap).
33) Step right foot to left, turn right 90° in a parallel stance and double horizontal elbow slow.
34) Step right foot to the right 90° in a left back stance, right low block, and left backfist behind ear.
35) Step left foot in front of right foot in X stance and right hammerfist to left palm (blocking groin).
36) Step right foot forward to a left back stance and low double ridgehand block.
