Tae Guk Pal Chang

1) Move forward with left leg, and execute left guarding block with left backstance. Adjust to left front stance, and execute right middle punch.
2) Jump with left leg, and execute jumping right low and left high front kicks in one jump (yell on the second kick), and land forward to left front stance with left outer middle block. Execute right middle punch, and left middle punch.
3) Move forward with right leg, and execute right middle punch with right front stance.
4) Turn 270 degrees to the left with left leg to 3:00, and execute left down block, and right high inside middle block simultaneously with eyes focused on the down block in a left straight line backstance.
5) Adjust to left front stance, and execute slow high right uppercut (left hand supporting) with left front stance.
6) Turn 180 degrees to the right with right leg stepping towards the left and left going out to 9:00, and execute right down block and left high inside middle block simultaneously with eyes focused on the down block in a right straight line right backstance.
7) Adjust to right front stance, and execute slow high left uppercut (right hand supporting) with right front stance.
8) Turn 90 degrees to the left with right leg to 12:00, and execute left knifehand guarding block with left backstance.
9) Adjust to left front stance and execute right middle punch.
10) Execute right front kick, and plant the foot to the previous position. Move left leg half step backward, and execute right middle push block with right cat stance.
11) Turn 90 degrees to the left with left leg to 9:00, and execute left knifehand guarding block with left cat stance.
12) Execute left front kick, and follow with right middle punch with left front stance.
13) Move left leg half step backward, and execute left middle push block with left cat stance.
14) Turn 180 degrees to the right with right leg to 3:00, and execute right knifehand guarding block with right cat stance.
15) Execute right front kick, and follow with left middle punch with right front stance.
16) Move right leg half step backward, and execute right middle push block with right cat stance.
17) Turn 90 degrees to the right with right leg to 6:00, and execute right low forearm guarding block with right backstance.
18) Execute low left front kick, and high jumping right front kick (yell here). Land forward to right front stance, and execute right outer middle block. Follow with left middle punch.
19) Turn 270 degrees to the left with left leg to 9:00, and execute left knifehand inside middle block with left backstance.
20) Adjust to left front stance, and execute right elbow strike. Follow with right backfist to the sternum area and left middle punch.
21) Turn 180 degrees to the right with right leg to 3:00, and execute right knifehand inside middle block with right backstance.
22) Adjust to right front stance, and execute left elbow strike. Follow with left backfist to the sternum area, and right middle punch.
